1,000 Backpacks for the Homeless

Worcester’s Kindness Coalition hosted an event “Help for the Homeless Backpack Drive.”   One-thousand backpacks were stuffed with blankets and toiletries.  Homeless shelters in Worcester will distribute to the homeless.  My part was to teach magic tricks to the children of parents who were volunteering.   I was privileged to be part of the event.

I’ll be teaching my Learning Life Skills Thru Magic workshop series to children enrolled at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester and CENTRO. CENTRO is the largest minority-led, community-based, multiservice, multicultural, multilingual, nonprofit organization in Central Massachusetts.
